Hello, my name is Rachel Li and I founded Ascend Employee Wellness to provide professional services which enhance businesses’ ability to engage staff and connect with diverse customers. Because of my unique educational and work history, I excel at delivering programs that inspire and enthuse people to lead more productive, positive lifestyles. In my work I serve as a skilled facilitator of group discussions and a professional educator.
I have more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit, healthcare, and university settings. My experience includes program development, recruiting, staff education, and management consulting. I have a Master of Divinity degree from Marylhurst University where my studies focused on counseling and world religions. I have a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
